There is clearly a sound historical foundation and Biblical understanding in the writing that leaves the reader with the truth of the thesis, that Torah is for today, but leaves room for the reader to go and discover more truth while giving their search direction. The writing strikes an excellent balance, finding a middle tone between a devotional and a sound apologetic. That in itself is rare. If I were dean of a seminary, I would require first-year seminary students to read Torah! Torah! Torah! prior to attending their first class. I mean that most sincerely." I received the books today! I'm very excited. I have to tell you, I told my husband they came and he said "good I can have a copy". I guess I don't share very well. Lol!!After talking to you I went back to the beginning and started reading all over, reading every endnote carefuly. The first time through I spot checked endnotes finding Bible verses and historical book references. Boy am I glad you asked me about the cover. I had missed a lot by not reading everything.
